180 Main from Dubuque Main Street says:

180 Main has worked hard to be sustainable!  In particular our interior architecture/construction is a great example of reuse and sustainable practices.   The buildings have been restored back to a more original state being exposed brick, exposed rafters, original tin ceiling, etc.  We salvaged many of our items from area buildings; doors, back bar, lights, flooring, and material from two area barns including beams, flooring, siding and stairs.

We turn out lights during our off hours, use energy saving bulbs where possible, and cycle our heat off at night.

We use real glasses, plates and linens.

Our chefs buy locally grown and produced products.

We currently are investing in new menus to reduce paper, and continue to implement new business practices and invest in technology to eliminate paper waste.

Our staff has plans for a future rooftop garden.

180 Main is D.I.G. in Dubuque!
