Sustainability starts in the home. Through efforts to impact results in a few houses, on a single street, and individual homes, Dubuque 2.0 engages community members and neighborhood leaders across Dubuque. Dubuque 2.0 is excited to highlight the tremendous sustainability efforts individuals have already made in neighborhoods, as well as offer the opportunity to connect with a community of sustainability-minded citizens to continue to inspire sustainability in Dubuque. The Dubuque 2.0 website will serve as an online community where members can share best practices about what has been successful in their own neighborhoods. Dubuque 2.0 recognizes that everyone can take steps towards being more sustainable and provides a vast resource of opportunities to do so. The Dubuque 2.0 website will offer specific information tailored to families, kids, renters, homeowners and community leaders. In doing so we will ensure, together, that sustainability is sustainable.
