Dubuque 2.0 recognizes that non-profits have a unique opportunity to engage the broader community through their leadership and service. It is crucial in inspiring sustainability to engage the non-profit community and offer them resources to engage one another, their donors and their beneficiaries. Dubuque 2.0 will highlight the remarkable sustainability work already being done by the non-profit community as well as offer resources and opportunities for non-profits to connect with others throughout the community doing similar good work. The Dubuque 2.0 website will serve as a networking tool, as well as a place where non-profits can learn more about how they can make simple efforts to save resources, improve their own sustainability and contribute to the community sustainability movement.
